Hi! Welcome to my World Race Journey!
In January 2020, I will leave the United States for 11 months to visit 11 countries and spread the love of God as I go. I, along with my team, will partner with churches, ministries and service organizations to preach the Gospel, plant churches, work in orphanages, minister to women and children and bring hope of the Father’s love to many tribes and nations. How blessed am I?! Here is my route:
Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal, India, South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
I absolutely cannot wait to travel to these countries and see what God has in store for us there.
The World Race has been a dream of mine for almost three years now. It was always my go-to answer when people asked me what I was planning to do after college but I had never truly asked God if it was what He wanted me to do. In August, I wiped the slate clean and began to pray through the opportunities I could pursue after school. My heart never left the World Race and three times it was confirmed to me that I should apply (a more detailed story for a different day). Through questioning myself and doubting my decisions, His peace never left me. Even now, as I move into a season of preparing financially, emotionally and spiritually, I can feel Him walking with me every step of the way. I am filled with anticipation that this is going to be a year full of miracles, signs and wonders. This is going to be a year of hearts changing for the Lord, lives being saved and people discovering what their Heavenly Father says about them. And I get to be a part of that! I can’t believe it!
I am so excited to begin this journey, and my hope would be that you would walk with me through it. If you would like to follow my race, click on the “Follow Me” link to the left of this post to receive email updates when I start documenting my adventures. If you would like to donate to my trip, you can click the “Donate!” button at the top or left of this page! Throughout this journey, if you ever have any questions for me you are more than welcome to hit the “Contact Me” link and ask away!
Your prayers and support mean the WORLD to me – pun intended 🙂 (yes, I make cheesy jokes)
Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my blog, much love!
Annie! I am so excited to get to know you better on the race. Blessings
This is amazing and so encouraging! God’s blessings are mighty!
